  15.         BlitzCopy is an archival and duplication program for diskettes.
  16. By means of buffer files, BlitzCopy is able to produce unlimited copies
  17. from a single original, archive unlimited numbers of diskettes onto any
  18. DOS supported media, produce serial numbers and disk LABELs.  It has a
  19. user-friendly graphical interface, and blinding speed (35 seconds to read
  20. a 1.44MB diskette).

  89. shall inure to the benefit of KLR PC Service & Beratung and any successors,
  90. administrators, heirs and assigns.  Any action or proceeding brought by either
  91. party against the other arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be
  92. brought only in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in
  93. Bavaria, Germany.  The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of
  94. said courts.

  100.                 The BlitzCopy program and accompanying files and documentation
  101.         are copyrighted products of BlitzWare and KLR PC Service & Beratung 
  102.         and are protected by United States and Germany copyright laws and also 
  103.         by international treaty provisions.

  105.                 All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by 
  106.         BlitzWare and KLR PC Service & Beratung.  The use or distribution of 
  107.         these products is expressly prohibited, except as authorised by the
  108.         terms of this agreement.

  110.                 You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  111.         disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
  112.         program except as provided in this agreement.

  114.                 US Government Restricted Rights:  Use, duplication, or
  115.         disclosure by the US Government of the computer software and 
  116.         documentation in this package shall be subject to the restrictions set
  117.         forth in subdivision (b) (3) (ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and 
  118.         Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The
  119.         manufacturer is KLR PC Service & Beratung, Mozartstr. 1, 97232 Essfeld,

  122.         License terms applicable to the evaluation version (Shareware)

  124.                 KLR PC Service & Beratung grants you a limited license to use
  125.         this software for evaluation purposes only, for a period not to exceed
  126.         30 days.

  128.                 During this 30 days, you may make full use of the program
  129.         package.

  131.                 If you continue using this software after the 30 day
  132.         evaluation period, you must make the prescribed registration payment
  133.         to KLR PC Service & Beratung or its direct distributors.

  135.         License terms applicable to the registered version
  136.  
  137.                 The software and the disks on which it is contained are
  138.         licensed on a non-exclusive basis to you, the purchaser, for your
  139.         own use.  You are not obtaining title to the software or any 
  140.         copyright rights.

  142.                 You may use the software on a single personal computer
  143.         system, and may make as many copies as necessary for archival
  144.         purposes.  If you need to use the product on more than one personal
  145.         computer, you must contact our distributor for a site license.

  147.         Limited Distribution license

  149.                 Permission is granted to individuals charging no fees, and to
  150.         BBSes, User's Groups, Mail-Order Disk vendors, CD-Rom publishers, and
  151.         BBS file distribution networks regardless of fees, to distribute  the
  152.         BlitzCopy program and accompanying files, provided they convey a
  153.         complete and unaltered copy of the evaluation version of this product,
  154.         and provided they  claim no ownership of this product.

  157.         versions is allowed only with express written consent of KLR PC
  158.         Service und Beratung.

  160.                 Permission to distribute these product is not transferable, 
  161.         assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  Each vendor wishing to
  162.         distribute the products must independantly satisfy the terms of this
  163.         limited distribution license.
